Viewing the Customer Tab

You can view existing customer information. You can also create a new customer from the Customer Hub. See Creating a New Customer.

Viewing Customer Details

  1. To view the customer details, select a customer in the Customer Hub.

  2. The customer information displays on the Customer tab.

  3. You can view the display-only customer information: 

    • Customer Number

    • Customer Name

    • Address 1

    • Address 2

    • City

    • State

    • Postal Code

    • Contact Person 1

    • Phone 1

    • Contact Person 2

    • Phone 2

    • Salesperson

    • Hold Status

    • Inactive Status

    • Priority

    • Receivables Status

    • User_Define_1a

  4. You can view and/or add customer notes and attachments. See Working With Notes and Attachments. A customer-level note added in Signature 2024 or later also displays on the Customer tab. This note can only be edited in Signature.
