If you receive an error message on the Maps page that displays "Geocode was not successful for: <service call ID>", this means that the latitude and/or longitude information is not entered for the associated appointment address for the service call.  You will need to run the Get Latitude and Longitude for Service Locations process found in Administration under the Process Requests tab to update your locations with valid latitude/longitude. This process only updates those records where the values are zero, existing latitude and longitude information will not be overwritten.
