| While you may need to contact Key2Act Support, the first thing to check is if you have deleted users in the Mobile Users window in Woodford and removing those users. See fix steps for the LICENSE: NOT FOUND error message (above). If your organization is disabled and/or the licenses are expired, please contact Key2Act Support. |
