The Customer tab shows the following display-only customer detail information:
- Customer Number
- Customer Name
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Contact Person 1
- Phone 1
- Contact Person 2
- Phone 2
- Salesperson
- Hold Status
- Inactive Status
- Priority Level
- Receivables Status
- User_Define_1a
Notes and attachments
Viewing or editing notes
If there any notes attached, these display on the Notes tab to the far right.
- You can view or edit the note by double-clicking on the note or selecting the note and choosing the Edit Note icon.
- After viewing the note, you can close the window or edit the note as necessary and choose Save.
Create a note
- Choose Add New Note icon. The Note Detail window is displayed.
- Enter the Subject.
- The author defaults to the current user however you can choose a different author.
- Specify whether the note serves as a reminder note (Reminder) and/or can be printed (Printable).
- Enter the note text in the box.
- Choose Save.
