Viewing the Watchdog Dashboard

  1. Choose the drop-down to the right of the Event Notifications event icon.

  2. The watchdog dashboard displays. The dashboard information includes: 

    • A grid of watchdog notifications
    • A timeline chart
    • A pie chart indicating the types of events.
  3. You can filter the results by agent.
