You can set up a relationship of employees to their union code and/or federal classification in the Employee Maintenance Codes window.
- Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Job Cost > Payroll Setup > Employee Codes.
- Enter an Employee ID. The Name defaults.
- Enter a Rate Class. See Setting up Rate Classes for Union Payroll.
- Enter a Union Code.
- Enter a Federal Classification.
- Select Save.
- To print the Employee Maintenance report, select File > Print or select the printer button.
