Viewing the Scheduled Maintenance Inquiry

The Scheduled Maintenance Inquiry window lists the scheduled maintenance records that have been moved to history.

Select Inquiry > Equipment > Scheduled Maintenance.
Enter a Maintenance Number.
You can select the expansion button in the Task Description field to open the Task Description Inquiry window. If you have Service Management, you can select the Tasks button to open the Task View Inquiry window.

You can print additional reports using the printer button if you have the Document Printing Enhancements feature registered.

If the scheduled maintenance has a task list that doesn't have tasks, the task list will not appear in the Task View window.
