You can use MobileTech Administration to view information about the devices that technicians are using, and the sync activity on those devices.
- In MobileTech Administration, choose Users.
- In the Synced Devices area, you can see a list of synced devices. For each device, you can see which version of Mobile CRM is installed, when it was last synced to the host system, the security policy for the device, and the operating system that is installed on the device.
