  1. At the bottom of the login page, choose I've lost my password.
  2. On the next page, enter your sign-in email address and choose Submit.
  3. A new, temporary password will be sent to the email address that's provided.
  4. Use this temporary password to sign into Customer Portal. 
  5. From there, you can set up a new password. For more information, see Change a password.
