The Dashboard page, which is accessible from the Dashboard tab, displays service key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for quick reference. You can click on the KPI summary to display the details.

The following metrics are available on the dashboard.

  • Calls By Location
    This KPI displays the number of calls for each location.
  • Equipment Call Volume
    This KPI displays the number of calls for each equipment ID.
  • Contracts Due
    This KPI displays the number of calls for each contract.
