You can remove notes once they've been reviewed by the technician or appropriate person.

  1. Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > Service Management > Remove Notes.
  2. Print the Notes report. You may wish to print the Notes report prior to removing records to ensure you don't delete unread or current notes.
  3. To restrict the records that will be deleted, enter a Range. You can enter a range of customer IDs, current users, or reminder dates.
  4. Select Insert>> to insert the restriction to the list. Only one restriction per range type can be entered.
  5. Select Process.
