If a service request is generated with a not-to-exceed (NTE) amount, after the service request has been accepted, you will need to manually create a service quote in Signature Service Management. If the service provider doesn't agree with the amount, they can contact the customer to negotiate the NTE. When the service aggregator is updated, the service request in Schedule is updated and a notification email is sent to the dispatcher.
