You can view the open appointments for the customer location.
Viewing open appointments
- To view the open appointment(s) for a customer, choose a customer in the Customer Hub.
- In the details section of the Customer Hub, choose the Open Appointments tab.
- Right-click a Service Call appointment and then choose from the following:
- Add Note - Opens the Service Call note window. See Working with notes and attachments.
- View Note - Opens the Notes/Attachments window. See Working with notes and attachments. (Displays if a note exists.)
- Open Service Call - Opens the Service Call window on the Schedule tab. See View or edit the service call.
- Open Appointment - Opens the Service Appointment window on the Schedule tab. See View or edit service appointment details.
- Unschedule Appointment - The appointment time is set to 12:00 AM. The appointment is moved from the schedule board to the Unscheduled Appointments section. See Unscheduled or unassigned appointments.
- Unassign Appointment - The Resource field is updated to UNASSIGNED. The appointment is moved from the schedule board to the Unscheduled Appointments section. See Unscheduled or unassigned appointments.
- Right-click a Job appointment and then choose from the following:
- Add Note - Opens the Job Appointment note window. See Working with notes and attachments.
- View Note - Opens the Notes/Attachments window. See Working with notes and attachments. (Displays if a note exists.)
- View Job Details - Opens a display-only view of the job details with tabs for the cost codes and subcontractors.
- Open Appointment - Opens the Job Appointment window. See View or edit job appointment details.
- Unschedule Appointment - The appointment time is set to 12:00 AM. The appointment is moved from the schedule board to the Unscheduled Appointments section. See Unscheduled or unassigned appointments.
- Unassign Appointment - The Resource field is updated to UNASSIGNED. The appointment is moved from the schedule board to the Unscheduled Appointments section. See Unscheduled or unassigned appointments.
Column Tool - Select to display a list of available columns to display/hide. Mark to display the checkbox, unmark to hide.Filtering and sorting data
Buttons on this window
Button Description Find - For information on locating records in the Customer Hub using the Find icon, see Locating a record using Find. Clear Filter - Choose to clear the current search results filters. Refresh - Reloads the results from the database. Export - Select to export all data or selected rows. This icon displays for the main Customer Hub list as well as some of the detail tabs (Open Appointments, Service Calls, Equipment, Contacts, Contracts, and Jobs)
Available data columns
The default columns that display are:
- Notes
- Type
- Workorder/Job
- Appointment
- Cost Code
- Start Time
- Appt Status
- Resource name
- Estimate Hours
- Actual Hours
- Job Name
You can add the following column:
- Completion Date
