A booking may be the first document created for a rental arrangement. Think of a booking as a pre-agreement; once created, it can be transferred to a rental agreement. When a rental booking is confirmed, you post the booking document to a rental agreement.
At the time of the booking, you can choose an equipment model or category, since you may not yet know the exact piece of equipment to be rented. Before transferring the booking into an agreement, however, you must enter an equipment ID.
