The Equipment Sales Analysis report lists equipment sold over a specified period and includes standard sales analysis information such as invoice date, posting date, revenue, cost, customer, and margin. It also includes fit-out and assistance values.
Creating sales report options
You create report options before printing reports.
- Choose Reports > Equipment > Sales Analysis.
- Choose New to open the Equipment Sales Analysis Reports Options window.
- Complete the following fields:
- Option
Enter a name for the report. - Sort By
Choose how to sort the report using the drop-down list. - Ranges
Choose a range from the drop-down. - From
From the drop-down, choose the type of range. Depending upon your choice, enter the beginning of the range. - To
From the drop-down, choose the type of range. Depending upon your choice, enter the end of the range.
- Option
- Choose Insert.
- Choose Destination to designate how to print the report.
- Choose Save.
If a restriction involves the vendor ID, vendor class, or equipment model range, after creating and inserting the restriction, you can choose it and choose Details to exclude some items within the range.
Printing sales reports
If you have created report options, you can print them from the Sales Analysis Reports window.
- Choose Reports > Equipment > Sales Analysis.
- Choose the report from the Reports drop-down list.
- Choose the report option and choose Insert >>.
- Choose Print.
