This report is used to view technicians' total available monthly labor hours. The available hours are grouped by MCC, billable, burden, and MC hours.
- Choose Reports > Service Management > Maintenance > Labor Load Schedule.
- Select the All or Individual technician radio button. If you chose Individual Technician, select a technician.
- The first time during a session you choose Print, you will receive a message asking if you want to run the utility that matches technicians by skill level to maintenance tasks. Choose Yes. A progress window appears.
