- Select Reports > Equipment > Equipment Setup.
- Select the report from the Reports drop-down list.
- Select the New button.
- Enter a name for the new option in the Equipment Setup Reports Options window.
- For some reports, you can choose select a sort order and restrict the range to be printed. Select Insert if you have entered a sort order or range.
- For the Equipment List report, you can choose select the Details button after choosing a restriction to open the Equipment Management Option Details window where you can further restrict the report by choosing items. This only works when the range is not based on equipment ID.
- Select Destination to specify the print destination.
- Select Save to save the option.

- Select Reports > Equipment > Equipment Setup.
- Select the report from the Reports drop-down list.
- Select the report option and choose select Insert >>.
- Select Print.
