You can print reports that list the values set up for the following equipment attributes: ID, branch, category, condition, division, location, manufacturer, model, status, type, and unit of measure.

Creating Equipment Setup Report Options

You create report options before printing reports.

  1. Select Reports > Equipment > Equipment Setup.
  2. Select the report from the Reports drop-down list.
  3. Select the New button.
  4. Enter a name for the new option in the Equipment Setup Reports Options window.
  5. For some reports, you can choose a sort order and restrict the range to be printed. Select Insert if you have entered a sort order or range.
  6. For the Equipment List report, you can choose the Details button after choosing a restriction to open the Equipment Management Option Details window where you can further restrict the report by choosing items. This only works when the range is not based on equipment ID.
  7. Select Destination to specify the print destination.
  8. Select Save to save the option.

Printing Equipment Setup Reports

If you have created report options, you can print them from the Equipment Setup Reports window.

  1. Select Reports > Equipment > Equipment Setup.
  2. Select the report from the Reports drop-down list.
  3. Select the report option and choose Insert >>.
  4. Select Print.
