If you have timed into a service or /job appointment or a technician activity in error, depending on your company's settings, you have the ability to delete the time-in if you haven't synced your device.

- Choose Appointments .
- Select the appointment and select Delete Time In.
- In the confirmation window, select Yes.
- In the next window,
- For service appointments, if you have auditing enabled for appointmentstatustimestamp (Create & Update),
- you will be prompted asking if you want to revert the appointment status. No appointment status selection needed, the appointment status automatically is reverted. If auditing is not enabled or you selected No to the Revert message, you have the option to manually update the appointment status.
- For job appointments or technician activities, you will be prompted asking if you want to update the appointment
- status
- . Most likely you will want to select Yes and then select the appointment status in the next window.
