If you have timed into a service or job appointment or a technician activity in error, depending on your company's settings, you have the ability to delete the time-in if you haven't synced your device.

To delete a time-in:

  1. Choose Appointments  
  2. Select the appointment and select Delete Time In.
  3. In the confirmation window, select Yes.
  4. In the next window, the following message displays "Do you want to update the appointment's status?" Most likely you will want to select Yes and then select the appointment status in the next window.
