Only the Customer Location/Sites that have tracking turned on will be used with Service Requests in Building Optimization Broker.
- Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager.
- From the Service Manager menu bar, go to Additional > BOB Site Tracking Setup.
- On the Location tab, if a linked Location/Site is not set to tracking, mark the Tracked check box.
