To maintain compatibility with Signature Time and Signature, please download and install the TimeTrack Add-In 18.7.29 update 31 and Schedule 2024 updates on the Product Downloads page. After installing the update, you must configure the server objects.

This update includes the following issues with syncing:

  • When syncing, users Users will no longer see an “Error converting value {null} to type 'System.Boolean'“ error message related to a job cost code list. KT-2514

  • Users will no longer see job cost code incremental sync errors due to a missing parent job. Orphaned job cost code records are no longer pushed to the cloud unless it is a change tracking. When syncing, users will KT-2518

  • The Signature Job Close Routine no longer see marks job cost code records as Change Tracking Operation = D. This was creating incremental sync errors due to a missing parent jobtrigger a delete and was throwing an error. KT-25182535
