Time Compatibility Updates

To maintain compatibility with Signature Time and Signature, please download and install the TimeTrack Add-In 18.7.32, Signature Sync2Core 18.7.6, and Schedule 2024

updates on the Product Downloads page. After installing the update, you must configure the server objects. 

Note: The TimeTrack Add-In 18.7.xx requires Schedule 2024.

Complete the steps in the following order:

  1. Install Latest Schedule

  2. Install TimeTrack Add-In

  3. Install Sync2Core

  4. Configure the Server Objects

This update includes the following issues:

TimeTrack Add-In Fixes

  • The Signature Job Close Routine no longer marks job cost code records as Change Tracking Operation = D. Before this fix, an incremental sync to trigger a delete and was throwing an error. KT-2535

  • Jobs and job cost codes no longer sync if there isn’t a parent Microsoft Dynamics GP customer record in the ROM00101 table. KT-2653

Sync2Core Fix

  • Signature Sync2Core installer has been updated to include the prerequisite installation of .NET 6.0. KT-2668

Schedule 2024 Time Compatibility Updates

The Schedule 2024 Service Pack also includes issue fixes specifically for Schedule 2024 that are not related to Time. See Schedule’s January 2025 Service Pack 1 Readme for more information.

  • When saving a job cost code without making any changes to the cost code an incremental sync is no longer triggered. SCHED-2360

  • When running the Time import process into TimeTrack, the Time In and Time Out values are no longer cleared in the cloud Time transaction records. SCHED-2385

  • We’ve fixed an issue with installation errors due to a BobIntegrationSettings table reference. SCHED-2386
