1. Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Equipment > Scheduled Maintenance.
2. Complete the following fields, as necessary:
   • Default forecast in next:
     Enter the number of days.
   • Use Due Date:
     If marked, the due date is used to generate a SM Service Call ID. If the option is not marked, the system uses the current system date. If multiple records are selected, the system uses the earliest date.
