Scheduled Maintenance Module

You can create scheduled maintenance records to help ensure your equipment fleet is serviced in a timely and quality manner. The maintenance records are based on meter readings and/or date due. Scheduled maintenance can be marked to recur. You also can forecast scheduled maintenance to help anticipate upcoming labor hours and equipment costs.

If you are using Service Management, you can use the Service Management task and task list databases to create scheduled maintenance records. Further, Service Management service calls can be created from Equipment Management. Service calls in turn can be set up to update operating logs in Equipment Management.
