Service Call Statuses

Status

Description

Complete

The service call has been completed.

Declined

The service request was declined in Schedule.

Error

The service request has an error.

Open

An appointment has been made for the Service Call in Building Optimization Broker.

Requested

The service request is created.


Service Appointment Statuses

Status

Description

Cancelled

The appointment is cancelled.

Complete

The appointment is complete.

Open

The appointment is assigned to the Technician.

Rescheduled

The appointment has been rescheduled.

Scheduled

The appointment is scheduled.

Tech Arrived

The technician has arrived at the Client site.

Tech Dispatched

The technician is on the way to the Client site.

Work Complete

The technician has completed the work.

Work Started

The technician has started the work.
