The following Building Optimization Broker Service Statuses can be set up to have communication automatically sent, require confirmation before sending, and/or alert Technician via SMS.

Service Call Statuses

StatusDescription
CompleteThe service call has been completed.
DeclinedThe service request was declined in Schedule.
ErrorThe service request has an error.
OpenAn appointment has been made for the Service Call in Building Optimization Broker.
RequestedThe service request is created.


Service Appointment Statuses

StatusDescription
CancelledThe appointment is cancelled.
CompleteThe appointment is complete.
OpenThe appointment is assigned to the Technician.
RescheduledThe appointment has been rescheduled.
ScheduledThe appointment is scheduled.
Tech ArrivedThe technician has arrived at the Client site.
Tech DispatchedThe technician is on the way to the Client site.
Work CompleteThe technician has completed the work.
Work StartedThe technician has started the work.
