- Choose Transactions > Equipment > Transport Deliveries.
- Enter a Truck ID. Transport requests assigned to this truck are listed.
- For each job dispatched, mark the Dispatched check box checkbox and enter a date and time. A dispatched date and time must be entered before the Delivered check box checkbox can be entered.
- For each job that has reached its destination, mark the Delivered check box checkbox and enter a date and time. You cannot change the dis patched date and time after the Delivered check box checkbox is marked.
- Choose Process.
