The Service Requests dashboard displays Service Requests for your Service Business. See Creating a Service Request for more information.
On the Service Requests dashboard, In the left panel, you can view a list of Service Requests grouped by creation date.
The information that displays in this view includes:
- Client
- Requester Email Address
- Call Status
- Summary
- Last Update Date and Time
- Call Type icons
- Number of Appointments

Accessing Service Requests
To access the Service Requests dashboard:
- From the mega navigation, select Services or from the App Drawer elect Service Requests.
