Full message: “Unable to load service call details. Contact administrator to load data and resync device. Service Call: gpservicecallid”

This message that a technician might receive indicates that the service call is not in the middle tier. You will need to load data for that technician in MobileTech Admin, verify the service call is in the middle tier, and then have the technician sync their device.
