Deleting a Service Call will remove the Service Call and all associated Service Appointments.
To delete a Service Request:
- From the mega navigation, select Services, or from the App Drawerelect Service Requests.
- In the left navigation, select the Management icon.
- Select a Service Request.
- Select the ellipsis in the top right corner of the Service Request Details.
- Select Delete.
- In the confirmation window, select Delete.
