While viewing the Service Request Details, you can add or edit the Client Contact information.
To access the Service Requests dashboard:
- From the mega navigation, select Services, or from the App Drawer elect Service Requests.
- In the left navigation, select theĀ Management icon.
- Select a Service Request to display the Service Request details.
- In the Call Information panel, select Add Client Contact.
- In the Add Client Contact window, enter or edit the following information. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
- Contact Name*
- Title*
- Email*
- Mobile Phone
- Office Phone
- Address 1*
- Address 2*
- City*
- State*
- Zip*
- Select Create.
