Dashboard Overview

The dashboard displays an overview of the company that includes:

Lowest/performing sites - Displays information from Connect.
- Performance grade icon
- Site name
- Site score - Displayed by the horizontal bar and the actual score.
Upcoming appointments - The Company Overview page displays the upcoming 500 appointments from Signature for all sites regardless if there is equipment assigned to those appointments. The upcoming appointments are stored in the upcoming appointment table.
Potential pull-through opportunities - Displays active Watchdog information from Connect.

If you haven't set up any integrations, you will only see the integration image and a Configure Integration button. Choose the Configure Integration button to access the Integrations page in Admin. See Working with Integrations.

Performance Grade icons

Throughout Home you may notice circle icons to the left of a device, equipment, or site. These indicators quickly provide Performance Grade levels from Connect.
- High performance
- Mid-range performance
- Low performance
