When technicians select Email Log Files in the MobileTech About window, this is the email address that defaults into the device's email client. If the Support Email field is left blank, the technician will need to enter the recipient email.
- In MobileTech Administration, go to Tools > Launch Woodford.
- Open the MobileTech project.
- In the left navigation bar, under Design, select Branding.
- Enter your company's email address that should receive the log files.
- Select Save.
