Use the Location tab in the Building Optimization Broker Mapping window to link/unlink Signature Locations with BOB Sites as well as you can create a new BOB Site from this window.

Accessing the Location Mapping tab

1. Go to Cards > Service Management > Service Manager.
2. From the menu bar, select Additional > BOB Site Tracking Setup.

3. The Building Optimization Broker Mapping window displays with the Location tab open. 

   You can select the Home tab to display the location and technician options. From the Home menu bar, select either option from here to open that respective tab. See Mapping Technicians for steps to map technicians.

4. The location information for both BOB and Signature displays the current Location/Site data in both systems.
5. Columns in this window:

   • Tracked - Indicates if the Location data is tracking in BOB.

   • Linked  - Indicates if the technician is linked between BOB and Signature.

   • ERP Technician ID - Displays the Signature Technician ID.

   • BOB Technician - Displays the BOB Technician Name.

   • ERP Technician - Displays the Signature Technician Name.
