MobileTech captures error conditions that can sometimes occur during use. These error conditions are captured in a MobileTech Error Log file that can be emailed to your MobileTech application manager or internal support resource. When technicians select Email Log Files in the MobileTech About window, this is the email address that defaults to the device's email client. If the Support Email field is left blank, the technician will need to enter the recipient email. Prior to setting this up, make sure you have the correct email address as you will need to verify the email address.

  1. In MobileTech Administration, select Tools > Launch Resco Cloud Dashboard. 
  2. Enter the Email and Password and select Log in

  3. In the left navigation, select Woodford.
  4. Open the MobileTech Woodford project.
  5. In the left navigation bar, under Design, select Branding.
  6. Enter your company's email address that should receive the log files.
  7. If the email address you enter has not been verified, you can do so at this time.
    • Verify: Select to have a verification code sent to the email address that was entered. You will then need to enter that code in the next window and select Verify.
    • Skip: Select to skip the verification and save the email address.
    • Cancel: Select to return to the Branding window. If you select this option, you are not able to save the email address.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Publish the project.
