If you find that the Customer Hub does not open when you select the Customer Hub button from the Schedule Board, you may need to clear the Customer Hub cache to remove the true/false value from the "is open" flag. For example, if your browser crashed while the Customer Hub was open, it could still be set to "true" and this is preventing the Customer Hub tab from opening. Clearing the cache on your machine will allow it to open again.

To clear the Customer Hub cache:

  1. In Schedule, choose the Menu  icon .
  2. Choose About.
  3. Choose Clear Customer Hub Cache.
