Service Request Settings
In Service Request Settings, you can:
Enable Email to Service Call functionality
Designate the permanent Email Alias that your clients will send Service Requests.
Create and download the unique Email Templates that your Clients will use to create the Service Request emails.
Enable Rules to apply to the Service Requests.
To access Service Request Settings:
From the mega navigation, select Services, or from the App Drawer, select Service Requests.
In the left navigation, select the Settings icon.
