Service Requests

The Service Requests dashboard displays Service Requests for your Service Business. See Creating a Service Request for more information.

On the Service Requests dashboard, In the left panel, you can view a list of Service Requests grouped by creation date.

The information that displays in this view includes:

  • Client

  • Requester Email Address

  • Call Status

  • Summary

  • Last Update Date and Time

  • Call Type icons

  • Number of Appointments

Accessing Service Requests

To access the Service Requests dashboard:

  1. From the mega navigation, select Services or from the App Drawer, select Service Requests.

  2. In the left navigation, select the Management icon.
