Building Optimization Broker version 1.4.0 introduces Energy Utility Dashboards, Key Performance Indicators, and Per-Rule Scoring.

This version was formally released on 3/2/2021.

Dashboard

BOB’s Energy Utility Dashboards enable you to:

Simplify Energy Tracking

- Aggregate monthly gas and electric utility bills
- Complete your Energy Star Portfolio Manager profile
- Trend up to 24 months of utility bills
- Track and publish utility metrics and Energy Star Score

Then together with BOB’s Building Optimization Dashboards you can:

- Optimize HVAC Systems back to peak performance for maximum energy efficiency
- Visualize trends and receive fault alerts to conditions adversely impacting energy, comfort, and more.

View aggregated year-over-year energy utility metrics for your buildings at the Company or Client level.

Visualize Site and Equipment Dashboard KPIs

View score and fault metrics within each dashboard to understand operational data.
Understand score trends and immediately see if a score is improving or degrading.
See the current number of open fault issues along with historical fault data.

Facilitate Per-Rule Scoring

Visualize a combination of individual scores over time to understand the impact on equipment performance.
Select scores to compare in time series trend chart.

Resolved a bug that was causing fault sorting to return incorrectly on most dashboard views.
Fixed an issue that was displaying Fault data as Failures.

There is an error when you first sign in displaying "Unable to request Knowi User Token". This will be resolved in a patch update and should not effect operation of the platform.

Deep dive into issues with BOB’s enhanced Scoring!

BOB’s Equipment and System Scoring allows you to stack-rank the assets within your portfolio.

With updated per-rule scoring output it also allows you to understand how the equipment is performing based on each rule you set up.

When building Rules, there is a new Score tab that allows you to customize your scoring criteria for that Rule and set custom weighting.

- - Set analog (linear degradation) or boolean criteria.
  - Specify custom weighting for this Rule.

If there are no requirements for custom scoring, the Rule will default to BOB's priority-based scoring.
