BOB Release Notes 1.68 - 12/22/21

Overview

Building Optimization Broker version 1.68 includes new features, performance enhancements, and bug fixes.

This version was formally released on 12/22/2021.

New Features

General

  • Error message banners now display longer for users to view. (K2AINT-2035)

Dashboard

  • We've added a new calculated sensor, Power (kVa) SUM, to total the consumption of 4 power meters. The calculation is =SUM(Power + Power + Power + Power). To see the list of available K2A Sensor Calculations, go to K2A Sensor Calculations. (K2AINT-1927)

  • We've added a Refresh icon to the Company, Client, Site, Equipment, and System Dashboard views. Select this icon to refresh the displayed data without having to reselect filters or other selections. (K2AINT-2071, 2072, 2073, 2074, 2075)

  • The Sensor Graphs now chart results for all time increments. (K2AINT-2108)

  • The Supply Air Deviation formula has been corrected to Supply Air Temperature - Supply Air Temperature Setpoint. (K2AINT-2109)

Rule Builder

  • When creating a rule filter, we are now prepending the site drop-down list with the client name to make it easier to select the correct site, if you have more than one site with the same name but belonging to a different client. The list is alphabetized by client name. In the example below, in the Sites list, the client name "Higher Ed Example" is listed before the site name "Dunder Hall". (K2AINT-485)



Bug Fixes

Dashboard

  • When viewing a graph, we've fixed a data display issue that occurred when setting a custom range. (K2AINT-1958)

  • The Inspection Report has been updated so that the times displayed on the report now match the time displayed on the report list, all local time. (K2AINT-1915)

  • On the Equipment Graph, rule and sensor information is now updated as expected when selecting different equipment. (K2AINT-2031)

  • Users can now duplicate a rule from the Rule Dashboard. (K2AINT-2064)

IoT Hub

  • We've fixed an issue where users were receiving an error message when attempting to change a profile's trend interval. (K2AINT-2005)

Architect

  • Users can now create and delete sites as expected within a campus. We've also fixed an issue where multiple sites were created instead of one site. (K2AINT-2079)

Known Issues

Architect

  • At this time, adding or editing Site contacts are not available. The fields are currently displayed as read-only in the Edit Site window.
