Set a Call History Limit

You can set the number of days to display service calls for in the CallList grid on Customer Portal pages.

  1. In Signature Portal Security, in the tree view, select Settings.
  2. Set the Customer Portal - Call History Limit (Days) setting by using the arrows.
    For example, if you select 30 days, only service calls within the last 30 days are displayed on portal pages.
