Creating a new customer and/or new location
If a service request is from a new customer or an existing customer with a new location, you can add this information in the Service Request details window. The information entered here will update Signature as well as add the customer and/or location (site) to ESMS.
- Choose the service request.
- In the detail window that displays, choose the Add Customer icon.
- Enter the customer information.
- You are returned to the service request detail information with the Signature Customer Name displayed.
- To add a new location, choose the Add Location icon.
- Enter the location information.
- Choose to ACCEPT the service request.
