SCHED-1250	In the Appointment Wizard, the Job ID field has been updated to automatically convert lowercase letters to uppercase.
SCHED-1251	Fixed an issue when creating an appointment that extended past the end of a technician's shift.
SCHED-1253	Creating an appointment spanning before/after or even the day of daylight savings through the appointment wizard now display as expected in Schedule.
SCHED-1262	All companies now display as expected in the Company Selection window when upgrading to Schedule 4.6.
