Schedule Issue Fixes
Case # | Description |
---|---|
SCHED-2348 | The Start Date is now displayed as expected on the Resource Activity window. |
SCHED-2358 | We’ve fixed an issue with the November 2024 installation where GETUTCDATE() constraints were not set on ModifiedOn and CreatedOn in the K2A_Role, K2A_Role_Settings, K2A_Area tables. This was causing errors for some customers. |
SCHED-2359 | The Schedule Board now performs faster when an automatic refresh occurs or when marking/unmarking a resource. |
SCHED-2388 | We’ve improved the start-up load times related to 10,000+ technicians and multiple resource shifts. |
SCHED-2390 | On the Customer Hub, the customer service calls are now displaying as expected on the Service Calls tab. |
SCHED-2393 | We’ve updated the prerequisite check to remove the check for the .NET Core IIS Hosting 3.1.4 bundle because this is no longer a requirement. Schedule is now using the ASP .NET Core Hosting Bundle 8.0.4. |
SCHED-2394 | Users will no longer receive the Schedule Board error message when attempting to edit an existing appointment. |
