Archiving Rental Agreements

Once all equipment on a rental agreement is off rent and the rental agreement is invoiced, it can be sent to history. Once in history, the agreement is available for viewing only.

  1. Choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Routines > Equipment > Rental Agreement Completion.
  2. Enter a date in the Archive Cutoff Date field.
  3. Choose OK.
