In Service Request Settings, you can:

  • Enable Email to Service Call functionality

  • Designate the permanent Email Alias that your clients will send Service Requests.

  • Create and download the unique Email Templates that your Clients will use to create the Service Request emails.

  • Enable Rules to apply to the Service Requests.

To access Service Request Settings:

  1. From the mega navigation, select Services, or from the App Drawer,

  1. select Service Requests.

  2. In the left navigation, select the Settings icon.
