In Service Request Settings, you can:
- Enable Email to Service Call functionality
- Designate the permanent Email Alias that your clients will send Service Requests.
- Create and download the unique Email Templates that your Clients will use to create the Service Request emails.
- Enable Rules to apply to the Service Requests.
To access Service Request Settings:
- From the mega navigation, select Services, or from the App Drawer elect Service Requests.
- In the left navigation, select the Settings icon.
