The Time Stamp window has five user-defined fields. Examples of common time stamps are Dispatched, Arrived, and Complete. These user-defined fields are used with setting up appointment statuses and service level agreements. These statuses are also displayed in Schedule Settings in the Service Level Agreement Options section.
Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Service Management > User-Defined Label Setup > Time Stamp.
Enter the field labels.
Select Save.
