Select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Service Management > User-Defined Label Setup > Maintenance Contract. The first two user-defined fields are lookup fields.
Enter the field labels. You may want to clear "User Defined" from fields you do not use.
Select Save.
